How do I pay with PAYPAL?
For PAYPAL, click the "Alternative Checkout" button from the "view cart" screen. During the checkout process you will be able to choose PayPal as your method of payment.

Will you COMBINE SHIPPING if I purchase more than one item?
Yes, I am happy to combine shipping for items that are paid for with ONE payment and can be shipped together. Start with the highest shipping charge from the items you want and add $1.00 for each additional ornament ($.50 for additional miniature ornaments) that will be shipped together. PLEASE NOTE: The automated ordering system DOES NOT combine shipping but I will make adjustments to the total when the order is processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN US DOLLARS I accept Google Checkout and PayPal. For GOOGLE, click the "Google Checkout" button. For PAYPAL, click the "Alternative Checkout" button. During the checkout process you will be able to choose PayPal as your method of payment.

When do I have to make my payment?
Immediate payment at time of order is preferred. If payment OR contact with me is not made within 24 hours of your order, the hold on the item will be cancelled and the item will be put back into inventory.

When will you ship my order?
Your item will ship on the next business day after cleared payment. I will send you an email when your item is on it's way.

Where do your ornaments come from?
Although many of these ornaments have been purchased new and have never been used, others have been found in places such as; thrift stores, estate sales, yard sales and auctions.

What is the condition of the ornament?
Each ornament has been inspected and is in excellent condition unless a flaw is noted in the item description.

Are items from a smoke-free environment?
My items are stored at my home which is smoke-free. I do not know the conditions that some of them may have been kept in before I acquired them. NONE of the items have a "smoky" odor.

How do you rate the condition of the box?
People have different opinions about box condition but the following is how mine are rated. VGB: VERY GOOD box - like new w/minimal shelf wear; GB: GOOD box - may have small rub marks or small/faint creases; FB: FAIR box - may have rub marks, creases or dents; PB: POOR box - may have heavy creases, rips or crush marks; NB: NO box. Do you use stock photos?
Sometimes. Some pictures are "stock photos" that represent the ornament but may not be the actual item. The description will give details of the item.

Do you have other ornaments that aren't listed?
Sometimes. I try to list my extra ornaments as I acquire them but for one reason or another, I may not get an item listed right away. If you are looking for something in particular, feel free to ask and I'll check my inventory.
